Project Manager – Utilities & Network Projects

About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join Neos Networks. You will deliver projects for a large utilities customer, ensuring commercial and contractual requirements are met while expanding and optimising the Neos network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple small to medium projects, from scoping through design, execution and handover.
• Manage daily activities of internal and contractor resources, maintaining project documentation, financial reporting and process management.
• Establish and run project governance, including kick‑off sessions, review meetings and steering groups with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, overseeing escalation paths and resolution.
• Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Design & Architecture, Field Engineering, Operations and Provisioning to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects in utilities, telecom or network environments.
• Strong ability to work with matrix teams and senior stakeholders across both the supplier and customer organisations.
• Confident in chairing project review meetings and driving tasks to stay on track.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a focus on risk and issue management.
