About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Property Information Officer to join our team on a three‑month initial contract. In this role you will ensure that land and building asset records are accurately captured, stored and reported in line with legal and organisational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain property information systems and databases.
- Ensure accurate capture, storage and reporting of property records.
- Provide advice on policies, procedures and documentation related to property data.
- Support compliance with statutory and corporate asset recording requirements.
- Produce reports and data analysis to aid property and asset management.
- Carry out a range of property‑related administrative and operational duties.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with property, asset or information management systems.
- Ability to handle data, improve processes and collaborate across services.
- Desirable experience in local government or asset management environments.

What we offer
- Day rate of £443 per day on a three‑month initial contract.
