Property Manager – Residential Lettings

About the role

An established property business is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its busy management department in South Woodford. The role offers a varied workload, covering inspections, maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters while delivering a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out external property inspections and manage maintenance enquiries.
• Arrange and attend end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs at managed properties.
• Oversee property licence applications and associated documentation.
• Assist with possession applications and attend court hearings where required.
• Meet locksmiths and clients at bailiff appointments and coordinate related activity.
• Maintain excellent service levels, accurate CRM records and cross‑sell relevant property services.

Required profile

• Previous experience within Residential Property Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional, articulate and confident presentation skills.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and confidence using CRM and property management systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Industry‑recognised qualifications such as ARLA, NAEA or NFOPP (advantageous but not essential).
