Protection Administrator / Case Manager (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Protection Administrator to join a leading high‑net‑worth financial services provider in London. Working hybrid (three days in the office), you will support a team of Protection Advisers handling complex life‑insurance and inheritance‑tax planning cases.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing protection plans and related documentation.
• Conduct research to support client recommendations on protection solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, policy details and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Prepare reports and summaries for client meetings and departmental reviews.
• Manage case progression from initiation to policies being on risk.
• Provide regular updates to clients on case status.
• Handle general administrative duties such as diary management, appointment scheduling, meeting bookings and note‑taking.

Required profile

• Strong organisational ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail in documentation and CRM records.
• Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience in protection insurance case management, preferably with whole‑of‑market life‑insurance administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific case management software.
