Quality Inspector

About the role

The Quality Inspector will join the Dungannon manufacturing site, reporting to the Quality Lead. Working closely with the Quality Manager, the role ensures that finished machines and sub‑assemblies meet Terex’s high standards before delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final run and testing of machines and complete PDI (Pre‑Delivery Inspection) reports.
• Participate in PDI report‑out meetings and handle associated paperwork.
• Conduct internal audits and routine inspections of in‑house fabricated parts.
• Address day‑to‑day quality concerns and escalate ongoing issues as needed.
• Control and issue serial plates for final machines and update dispatch records in the Pulse system.
• Show machines to dealers and suppliers when required.
• Support quality investigations and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to produce clear handwritten reports.
• Basic computer proficiency.
