About the role
We are a prestigious, fast‑growing financial services firm looking for a polished, service‑oriented Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the face of our London office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and external partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while supporting senior management and the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain a pristine front‑of‑house area and manage reception duties.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, and day‑to‑day office operations.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries and related logistics.
- Oversee office supplies, catering, and facilities management.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and building management.
- Uphold confidentiality and deliver exceptional client service standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Office Coordinator or similar administrative role.
- Experience in financial services, corporate, hospitality or professional services is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in English plus at least one of French, Italian or Spanish.
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
