About the role

We are a prestigious, fast‑growing financial services firm looking for a polished, service‑oriented Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the face of our London office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and external partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while supporting senior management and the wider team.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Maintain a pristine front‑of‑house area and manage reception duties.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, and day‑to‑day office operations.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries and related logistics.
  • Oversee office supplies, catering, and facilities management.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and building management.
  • Uphold confidentiality and deliver exceptional client service standards.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Office Coordinator or similar administrative role.
  • Experience in financial services, corporate, hospitality or professional services is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in English plus at least one of French, Italian or Spanish.
  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
