About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our London team, working Monday to Friday on an 8/5 schedule. The role focuses on the hospitality sector, offering uncapped commission and a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the hospitality industry.
• Generate new business, negotiate contracts and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage a large candidate database and high volumes of applications.
• Utilise recruitment software, applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or hospitality management.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of generating new business and delivering excellent customer service.
• Friendly, proactive and confident in managing client accounts.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
