Recruitment Consultant – Luxury Private Household (West London)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our West London team at Nanny & Butler, a specialist agency that places elite private staff with ultra‑high‑net‑worth families worldwide. You will own the full recruitment cycle for luxury household roles, delivering a white‑glove service that makes a lasting impact for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with discerning private‑household clients.
• Source, interview, assess and present candidates for roles such as nannies, household managers, personal assistants and estate staff.
• Manage multiple live assignments simultaneously while maintaining discretion and precision.
• Provide consultative guidance at every stage, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive, experienced internal team.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, hospitality, luxury retail, estate management or a client‑facing role.
• Relationship‑driven with strong commercial instincts.
• Highly organised, discreet and able to juggle competing priorities.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus for our international clientele.
• Genuine curiosity about people and what makes a perfect match.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £28,000–£35,000 (dependent on experience).
• Total earnings £38,000–£50,000+ per year, including performance bonus of £10,000–£20,000+.
