Recruitment Marketing Manager – Growth Partners Network

About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B acquisition marketer with deep digital expertise to drive new mortgage brokers into the OneDome Growth Partners network. This cross‑channel role involves identifying, reaching and converting mortgage brokers through performance digital channels, while also amplifying impact via PR, events and referral initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi‑channel acquisition plan to build a steady pipeline of new mortgage broker partners, owning the full funnel from awareness to application.
• Manage acquisition budgets with a CPA focus, continuously testing ad creative, landing pages, audience segments and offers, and run retargeting campaigns.
• Collaborate with PR and events teams to amplify trade media coverage and create hybrid event strategies that maximise brand presence.
• Own Growth Partners website landing pages, optimizing for SEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and develop digital assets to drive engagement.
• Track, measure and report on digital acquisition KPIs, producing weekly dashboards and data‑backed recommendations for spend reallocation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a digital or performance marketing role.
• Proven track record of growing memberships or acquiring partners, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Demonstrable success creating innovative acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and a data‑driven mindset for modelling LTV:CAC.
