Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager

About the role

Prospero Teaching is seeking a people‑focused Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager to join its Manchester team. You will play a key part in sourcing and managing teachers, teaching assistants, tutors and support staff, ensuring schools receive high‑quality candidates and a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract education professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases and other channels.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews, manage candidate registrations and keep records up to date in the CRM system.
• Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand client needs and match candidates to vacancies.
• Support compliance by obtaining references and required documentation.
• Represent Prospero at university career events, networking sessions and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer‑facing roles or education administration (or a willingness to be trained).
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting a collaborative team.
