Regional Care Nurse Lead – Brighton & Hove

About the role

HomeCareDirect is seeking a Regional Care Nurse Lead to work from home while supporting clients across the Brighton and Hove area. You will manage a caseload of individuals with complex health needs, ensuring they remain healthy, independent, and able to achieve their personal goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients (and families where appropriate) to live independently and direct their own care.
• Create and maintain personalised care and support plans in partnership with clients.
• Conduct risk assessments for clients and their personal assistants, reporting any non‑compliance.
• Undertake annual support reviews and CQC‑compliant documentation.
• Interview, supervise and provide clinical observations for personal assistants.
• Visit prospective service users to provide information about HomeCareDirect services.
• Collaborate with the Independent Living Team and head office to meet health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Qualified nurse with a minimum Band 5 registration.
• Registered with the NMC and holding a valid PIN.
• Experience in clinical, complex care settings.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).
• Extensive experience working with home‑based clients.
