Registered Nurse – Care Home

About the role

Bohill Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its modern, purpose‑built facility near Coleraine. You will play a leadership role, delivering person‑centred care across dementia, residential, and frail‑elderly units while supporting a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred care to each resident and oversee the implementation of care plans.
• Assess, monitor and record the physical health of residents.
• Supervise and support care staff, including new recruits.
• Communicate any concerns related to resident care effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Assist the Home Manager with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration.
• Experience in residential or nursing home settings is desirable.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
