About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking Consultant, Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant talent to join its Regulatory Advisory team in Birmingham. The team provides strategic advisory and assurance services to regulators and asset‑owning organisations across utilities, power, transport and telecom sectors in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support the identification and implementation of strategies that improve governance, operational performance and regulatory compliance.
• Diagnose performance improvement opportunities within capital delivery, operations, customer service or asset management programmes.
• Deliver change initiatives that realise identified improvements for major programmes and assets.

Required profile

• Experience in capital delivery, operations, customer service, regulation or asset management.
• Proven ability to analyse performance gaps and design practical solutions.
• Motivation to influence regulated industries and support client transformation.
