Residential Surveyor – Level 3 Home Surveys

About the role
The independent multidisciplinary surveying consultancy is seeking a Residential Surveyor to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys across the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Level 3 surveys of complex individual homes.
- Prepare RICS Residential Survey reports.
- Write comprehensive and accurate survey reports.
- Identify structural and building defects.
- Provide clear, justified conclusions.
- Maintain positive communication with clients.
Required profile
- RICS Chartered Building Surveyor or AssocRICS qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
