About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will drive growth of ABEC's Managed Services business by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities. Acting as the first point of contact for lower‑touch, dormant and prospective accounts, the SDR will build relationships, uncover customer needs and feed qualified meetings to Account Managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails and sequences to engage existing and prospective customers.
  • Warm‑up and nurture lower‑touch, dormant and developing accounts to create new opportunities.
  • Qualify leads using a structured framework and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
  • Maintain an active cadence across assigned accounts to ensure consistent coverage.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up‑to‑date after every interaction.
  • Support targeted sales campaigns, events and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to hand over qualified meetings and insights.
  • Assist in preparing Pre‑Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and tender submissions by gathering information and coordinating inputs.

Required profile

  • Strong experience in inside sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients.
