Sales Negotiator – Property Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our property consultancy team in Harborne, Birmingham. You will play a key part in delivering an award‑winning service to both vendors and buyers while driving revenue for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewing appointments.
• Liaise directly with vendors and prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales progression.
• Schedule market appraisal appointments.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets.
• Perform general sales administration tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency.
• Target‑driven and motivated to exceed KPIs.
• Personable, confident and able to build rapport quickly.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and hungry for success.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of £26,000 with realistic OTE up to £36,000.
• Full‑time role, Monday‑Friday 9am‑5:30pm plus a half‑day every third Saturday (with a day in lieu).
