Sales Negotiator – £70K OTE (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

Join one of Battersea's most established independent estate agencies as a Sales Negotiator. You will work from a single, local office, becoming the neighbourhood expert and helping buyers, sellers and developers navigate high‑quality residential and new‑build properties.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify clients, matching them with suitable properties.
• Conduct viewings, providing genuine local knowledge.
• Negotiate offers and guide transactions to agreed sales.
• Build lasting relationships with vendors, buyers and developers.
• Generate new business from enquiries and maximise each opportunity.
• Coordinate sales progress with solicitors and brokers.
• Deliver a five‑star customer experience from first contact to handover.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in residential estate agency.
• Confident, personable and strong at negotiation.
• Commercially minded with a genuine passion for property.
• Organised, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Proactive attitude to building your own business.
