Sales Researcher

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Researcher to join our Revenue team in London. You will be the engine behind new pipeline, working closely with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to uncover high‑value prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map target accounts in the Mid‑Market and Enterprise segments (500+ employees).
• Identify and profile stakeholders across HR, Reward and C‑suite functions.
• Analyse business challenges of target organisations and align them with our Ideal Client Profile.
• Provide the commercial team with accurate intelligence to initiate meaningful conversations.

Required profile

• Curious and detail‑oriented with a passion for digging into organisational data.
• Highly organised and able to manage large volumes of information without losing focus.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
• Enjoys building a pipeline from the ground up rather than inheriting one.
