Sales Valuer – Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking a confident Sales Valuer to join a thriving independent estate agency in Harborne, Birmingham. You will be responsible for delivering accurate property valuations, winning new instructions and providing exceptional customer service to vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and property valuations for residential properties.
• Generate and convert new instruction opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing vendors.
• Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies and the overall sales process.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales negotiation stage when required.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system and meet monthly valuation and instruction targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency valuation or as a senior sales negotiator.
• Proven ability to win new instructions and meet sales targets.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and related technology.
