Salesforce Training & Enablement Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Training & Enablement Consultant to drive user adoption and stakeholder engagement across large‑scale Salesforce transformation programmes. The role focuses on designing and delivering training that helps organisations maximise the value of their Salesforce investment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change and training strategies for complex Salesforce transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, discovery workshops, and persona‑mapping activities.
• Create and deliver engaging, role‑based Salesforce training materials, including “day‑in‑the‑life” learning content.
• Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and end‑user training workshops.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support change leadership and adoption initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery through feedback and insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer‑facing change, training, or enablement roles.
• Strong experience supporting Salesforce implementations or digital transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite when required.
