Science Supply Teacher – Manchester & Trafford

About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking qualified Science teachers (Chemistry, Biology or Physics) for flexible supply placements across Manchester and Trafford schools, starting September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Science lessons (Chemistry, Biology or Physics) across short‑term and long‑term supply assignments in local schools.
• Engage pupils in practical, hands‑on activities while adhering to each school’s curriculum and assessment framework.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) in Science.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one) and legal right to work in the UK.
• Full CV detailing employment and education history, including any gaps.
