About the role

The Seller Growth Executive will focus on expanding TikTok Shop’s Collectibles vertical in the UK. You will identify high‑potential sellers of blind boxes, trading cards, designer toys and figures, bring them onto the platform and help them increase their gross merchandise value (GMV).

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting across brands, independent retailers, resellers and collector‑focused businesses in the UK collectibles market.
  • Lead compelling pitches that position TikTok Shop as a preferred sales channel.
  • Assess seller fit, design GMV growth strategies and guide sellers through onboarding to activation.
  • Collaborate with internal product, operations and marketing teams to support sellers once live.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, SDR or BDR roles, preferably within eCommerce, marketplace or platform environments.
  • Genuine knowledge of or strong interest in the collectibles space (blind boxes, trading cards, designer toys, figures).
  • Self‑starter comfortable working remotely and owning targets.
  • Available for a 6–12 month contract with potential extension.
