Senior Architect – Hospitality Sector Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead our Hospitality sector across multiple UK and Ireland studios. Reporting to the Director/Board Sponsor, you will combine specialist hotel brand knowledge with design leadership to grow our hospitality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director/Board Sponsor in delivering the sector strategy.
• Provide leadership and hotel‑brand expertise to win work across regional studios.
• Contribute to business development, bids, and client engagement.
• Identify new opportunities and develop the project pipeline.
• Lead and contribute to the design of hospitality projects, ensuring design excellence.
• Apply sector‑specific knowledge to create innovative, operationally efficient solutions.
• Champion best practice, continuous improvement, and sustainability across projects.
• Ensure delivery to programme, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Share lessons learned and drive efficiencies across the sector.

Required profile

• Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience designing and delivering hospitality projects for a range of brands.
• Strong design and technical capability.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, or client presentations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
