Senior Consultant – Sustainability Communications

About the role

Seismic is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead sustainability communications for a diverse client base. You will own project delivery, drive commercial growth, and mentor a high‑performance communications team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of integrated sustainability communications, from senior leadership workshops to Impact Reports and multi‑channel content.
• Generate new business and expand existing client relationships, taking ownership of commercial results.
• Upskill team members and foster a culture of continuous learning to keep communications best‑in‑class.
• Develop and improve service processes to ensure high‑quality, outcome‑focused delivery.
• Help clients craft ambitious, evidence‑based sustainability narratives and grow Seismic’s brand through thought leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in sustainability communications within an agency or high‑growth corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, delivering high‑quality project outcomes.
• Commercial drive with a talent for identifying and solving client challenges.
• Passion for impact and a growth mindset in a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven business.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and comfort working under time pressure.

Required skills

• Copywriting – ability to distill complex information into engaging content.
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI).
