Senior Customer Journey Manager – Trade Surveillance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Journey Manager to lead Trade Surveillance Remediation. In this hybrid role you will translate complex front‑office activities into risk‑based surveillance requirements, ensuring our platform detects market abuse effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that capture desk‑level risk and surveillance needs.
• Gain deep understanding of trading desk structures, mandates, products and the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle.
• Identify market‑abuse risk typologies and map them to surveillance scenarios.
• Define scenario relationships and aggregation rules for desk and trader risk.
• Act as the primary liaison between business, surveillance teams and vendor implementation groups.
• Support model validation, regulatory engagement and maintain traceability of monitoring outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of markets and trading desk operations.
• Experience translating business processes into technical surveillance requirements.
• Ability to work with front‑office, risk, platform and vendor stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
