Senior Direct Mail (Print) CRM Executive

About the role

The Senior Direct Mail (Print) CRM Executive will develop and implement marketing activities to drive new customer acquisition and retention across UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth marketing tactics to meet customer KPI targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end direct mail programmes, including door drops for prospect and existing customer audiences.
• Research international markets and competitors, presenting best‑practice opportunities to the CRM team.
• Plan and implement paid direct‑response media such as media inserts, press ads and door drops.
• Coordinate workload and production with in‑house and agency teams.
• Produce forecasts for customer and revenue KPIs from acquisition activities.
• Set up continuous testing programmes and provide regular campaign reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Brief data requirements and creative assets from concept through approval and delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution.

Required profile

• Keen interest in data and print marketing.
• Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing campaign planning, delivery and reporting.
• Broad CRM experience including direct mail, inserts and door drops.
• Data‑literacy with a passion for analysing results and driving revenue.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication and copy‑writing skills.
• Pro‑active, hands‑on attitude.
