Senior Event Promoter – London

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international events company for a Senior Event Promoter based in Oval, London. The role combines strategic development of music and nightlife events with hands‑on delivery, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercially viable event concepts across assigned territories and build detailed budgets and performance forecasts.
• Negotiate and contract venues, ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Source, book and manage performers, talent and suppliers.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and entertainment teams to shape event creatives and launch strategies.
• Lead weekly sales reviews, track 7‑day performance metrics and optimise ticket‑sale campaigns.
• Coordinate operational staff, venue partners and logistics for successful event delivery.
• Identify new market opportunities, scale successful events into new cities and build industry relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior event coordination or promotion within music, nightlife or live‑event sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to forecast budgets and drive revenue.
• Excellent negotiation skills and deep knowledge of venue technical specifications.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment.
