Senior Field Marketing Manager (London)

About the role

Flagright is an AI operating system that helps financial institutions detect and investigate financial crime in real time. The Marketing team drives brand presence across target markets, and the Senior Field Marketing Manager will own the EMEA field strategy, based in London, partnering closely with Sales to generate awareness, engagement and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned with target segments and sales goals.
• Plan, manage and deliver events, customer roundtables, executive dinners and selective conference activations for priority accounts.
• Own the EMEA field calendar, coordinate vendor relationships and ensure high‑quality event execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM and ABM teams to define invite lists, outreach tactics and post‑event follow‑up.
• Provide strategic direction for regional and vertical campaigns, launching localized email, social and account‑based marketing initiatives.
• Measure results, report on performance and continuously optimise programmes.
