Senior Finance Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Delivery Lead to manage end‑to‑end delivery for a large, complex global client within our Finance Managed practice. The role combines operational leadership, stakeholder management and continuous improvement across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the delivery of a finance managed contract, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Drive standardisation of finance processes across jurisdictions and implement best‑practice controls and governance.
• Act as the primary contact for global stakeholders, providing clear performance reporting and issue resolution.
• Lead, develop and manage on‑shore and off‑shore teams, ensuring accountability and effective resource utilisation.
• Promote process optimisation, automation initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or international equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• Proven experience in global, multi‑jurisdictional environments with coordination of international delivery centres.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with geographically dispersed teams and senior client contacts.
