About the role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join a rapidly scaling bank in the City of London. The role sits within the UK Finance team and covers finance operations, financial control and reporting, supporting the business as it grows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain financial control and oversee financial reporting processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support scaling.
- Work within a highly regulated environment, upholding quality and control standards.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant.
- 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in a medium‑sized financial services firm.
- Strong technical accounting ability and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

- Accounting expertise.
- Financial reporting.
- Data analysis.
- IT literacy.
