Senior Financial Accountant – Hybrid – £75-80k

About the role

This permanent senior finance position is based in London and offers hybrid working. You will join a respected medium‑sized organisation in the property sector, supporting financial reporting and analysis for a dynamic business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse financial data to aid strategic decision‑making and planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal procedures.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.
• Maintain organised financial records for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the property sector.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and present it clearly.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving and process‑improvement mindset.
