Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst will drive high‑level financial performance across Lovehoney Group. You will focus on budgeting, re‑forecasting and influencing commercial decisions through insightful analysis, combining data accuracy with creative problem‑solving in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with a regional business unit and its head to deliver insightful reporting and analysis that supports decision‑making.
• Build and maintain scalable reporting tools to monitor budget and forecast performance.
• Act as a model builder within the Pigment FP&A system and use NetSuite, BigQuery, Superset and Excel for data extraction and reporting.
• Support the Director of FP&A in preparing C‑level monthly reporting packs and strategic analysis.
• Deliver commercial insights to senior stakeholders that directly impact EBITDA performance.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with a strong performance record.
• Proven systems proficiency, especially with FP&A modelling tools, ERP (NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, Power BI and BigQuery is highly beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner across departments and regions.
• Experience in an international company using IFRS and prior exposure to retail or FP&A functions is desirable.
