Senior Healthcare Support Worker – Community (7‑day, 22 hrs)

About the role

The Forres Neighbourhood Care Team (FNCT) is seeking a motivated Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join its community nursing service. Based at Forres Health and Care Centre, you will contribute to a rapid‑response element that supports residents across Moray West & East.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred care as part of a 7‑day community service.
• Work two 11‑hour shifts per week, providing flexible support to patients.
• Collaborate with the broader community nursing team and integrate with other local nursing groups as required.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary staff.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic team player with a commitment to learning and development.
• Willingness to work across a full week, including evenings or weekends.
• Full, current driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Safe driving and reliable vehicle use for community travel.
