About the role
A highly renowned law firm in Central London is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract. You will act as a trusted, commercially‑astute adviser to partners, directors, managers and employees, delivering people solutions that support performance, engagement and long‑term capability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice to senior stakeholders across designated client groups.
- Lead complex and sensitive employee‑relations matters.
- Support workforce planning, organisational change and use people data to identify trends.
- Contribute to firm‑wide HR projects, annual people processes and the development of a proactive HR service.
- Line‑manage, coach and support HR Advisers and Assistants.
Required profile
- Seasoned Senior HR Business Partner with experience in a legal environment.
- Proven ability to advise senior leaders on commercial people issues.
- Demonstrated experience handling complex employee‑relations cases and managing HR staff.
