Senior Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps)

About the role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps) you will work in an Agile, fast‑paced environment delivering and maintaining database products and critical infrastructure both in the cloud and on‑premise. You will act as a technical role model, ensuring best practices are followed and guiding teams to produce high‑quality, reliable services.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to the DevOps Engineering Community of Practice by providing technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Manage infrastructure across multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission‑critical production systems on‑premise and Cloud IaaS/PaaS.
• Configure and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring system health and performance to ensure optimal availability, security and automation.
• Support architects and developers to ensure design, development and implementation meet integration and performance expectations.
• Independently analyse, tackle and resolve issues in real time, providing end‑to‑end problem resolution.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an Infrastructure Engineer or DevOps Engineer in large, highly available enterprise environments.
• Experience with modern cloud delivery, security, backups, restores and on‑premise to cloud migrations, emphasizing Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to work in an Agile fast‑paced setting and provide technical leadership.
