Senior Lettings Advisor – Hybrid (West Midlands)

About the role

Citizen Housing is seeking a Senior Lettings Advisor to join a high‑performing team delivering lettings across the West Midlands. This hybrid, full‑time position offers flexibility to support work‑life balance while working with innovative digital technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support the provision of high‑quality allocations, lettings and empty property management services.
• Ensure empty properties are re‑let in line with policy and within target timescales.
• Deliver sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments.
• Maintain and develop relationships with local authorities for choice‑based lettings and nominations.
• Monitor and improve processes to achieve high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Relevant experience in a social housing environment.
• Knowledge of best practice in allocations, lettings and void management.
• Professional qualification at CIH Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.
