About the role

Our client, a well‑established estate agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead its Crawley branch. This is a chance for a proven lettings professional to step into management, own the branch’s performance and drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch’s lettings performance and profitability.
• Generate new leads and instructions, driving business development across your patch.
• Carry out valuations, list properties and advise landlords on optimal rental prices.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team through regular one‑to‑ones and morning meetings.
• Match tenants to suitable properties and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor local market trends and establish yourself as the go‑to expert.
• Deliver consistently excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Required profile

• Proven track record in residential lettings with successful conversions of valuations into lets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a genuine interest in helping people find homes.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on leader who thrives under pressure in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Driven, passionate and results‑focused.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).

• Basic salary of £30,000 with realistic total earnings of £55,000–£60,000 plus uncapped commission.
