Senior Product Designer – SaaS (B2B)

About the role

Cint is looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its SaaS suite for B2B customers. You will work cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality design solutions that align with business goals and market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Champion exceptional user‑experience solutions across Cint’s product suite.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to uncover unmet needs and drive innovation.
• Ideate strategic design concepts with the product design team and stakeholders.
• Create design artifacts such as personas, storyboards, wireframes, high‑fidelity comps, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate complex systems into simple, intuitive UI concepts and communicate them through storytelling and rapid prototyping.
• Document design thinking, findings, and proposals for product teams and leadership.
• Apply and evolve the shared design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, writers, strategists, product and engineering leads, and developers.
• Partner with engineering to bring user‑centered designs to market.

Required profile

• Passion for design, creative excellence, and outstanding visual communication.
• Strategic and conceptual thinking with a deep understanding of design beyond aesthetics.
• Strong visual design ability to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces.
• In‑depth knowledge of UX design processes for desktop, mobile, and native applications.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
• Confidence presenting work and openness to feedback.
• Experience testing prototypes and seeing designs become successful products.
• Awareness of current product‑design trends and technologies.
• Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
