Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑Out & Refurbishment

About the role

Brandon James Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high‑profile commercial fit‑out project in London while overseeing a portfolio of smaller schemes across offices, hotels, tower blocks and refurbishments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project programmes for large fit‑out and refurbishment schemes.
• Lead multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams, chairing client and project meetings.
• Oversee procurement, risk management and quality control to meet agreed time, cost and performance targets.
• Coordinate cut‑and‑carve works in technically complex, live building environments.
• Monitor progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery against schedule and budget.
• Maintain high‑level client relationships and provide proactive stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Significant project management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Strong commercial fit‑out background and experience delivering large, complex projects.
• Exposure to cut‑and‑carve, refurbishment, hotel or tower‑block projects.
• Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously and lead multidisciplinary teams.

What we offer

• Salary range £70,000 – £78,000 per year.
