Senior Vice President, AI Product Manager – Business Line Execution

About the role

Citi is building the next generation of AI‑powered financial products and seeks an experienced SVP‑level AI Product Manager to drive execution of the AI agenda within a specific business line such as Payments or Trade.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver significant workstreams on the Global AI Product roadmap, translating strategy into detailed delivery plans and managing milestones.
• Prioritise the AI use‑case backlog based on ROI, strategic fit and client demand, maintaining a well‑groomed product backlog.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to validate solutions, gather requirements and co‑create AI‑enabled products.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses and track commercial performance for AI initiatives.
• Establish and manage AI risk frameworks, testing strategies, governance structures and explainability/audit readiness across the product line.

Required profile

• Extensive product‑management experience delivering large‑scale, technology‑led products.
• Proven track record building and launching AI‑driven solutions in a financial services environment.
