SEO & AI Search Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an SEO & AI Search Specialist to lead our organic search strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered platforms. Based in London with hybrid working, you will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, agencies and the wider marketing team to boost the visibility of our brand and care homes nationally and locally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy in partnership with the Head of Digital Marketing.
• Collaborate with search agencies and platforms to improve national and local rankings.
• Create and manage content for Google Business Profiles and location landing pages.
• Expand thought‑leadership articles and Help & Advice resources.
• Align SEO initiatives with PPC campaigns to optimise spend.
• Optimise website content (text, images, video) for visibility and conversion.
• Support the launch of new care homes online, ensuring discoverability across search and AI tools.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns on multi‑site environments.
• Experience working with SEO platforms such as Brightedge, SEMRush or Screaming Frog.
• Strong knowledge of Drupal or similar CMS.
• Excellent written communication skills.
