Site Manager – Hospitality Refurbishment & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead hospitality refurbishment, fit‑out and construction projects across the UK. You will work on a variety of schemes ranging from fast‑track refurbishments to new builds in pubs, restaurants, hotels, gyms, spas and leisure venues.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage sites from mobilisation through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to keep programmes on track.
• Ensure health & safety compliance, enforce company procedures and manage site documentation.
• Drive productivity on fast‑track projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contracts management teams.
• Prepare progress reports and support successful project handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment, fit‑out or construction.
• Background in hospitality, retail or leisure projects is preferred.
• Comfortable managing fast‑track schemes with budgets from £50k to £5m.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away regularly.

Required skills

• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card.
• First Aid certification.
• Temporary Works knowledge.
• Asbestos Awareness training.
