Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

An established and growing residential contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high‑quality housing developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a business with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations from groundwork through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams to ensure programmes are met.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across site operations.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and site reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and residential build processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications required.
