Site Manager (Sterile Manufacturing)

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Site Manager to lead its new state-of-the-art radiopharmaceutical facility near London. The role carries full ownership of site operations, people, compliance and performance in a highly regulated GMP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition from the current Mount Vernon site and launch the new facility.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of 30‑40 staff, fostering collaboration, ownership and innovation.
• Ensure GMP compliance, validation, equipment readiness and logistics optimisation.
• Drive project delivery using URS, FDS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ protocols.
• Contribute to wider Radiopharma strategy and work with senior cross‑functional stakeholders.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in radiotracer or sterile product manufacture, testing and dispensing under GMP.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project‑management track record.
• Business planning experience and knowledge of MHRA guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
