Software Engineer – Full‑stack, Cloud & Agile

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who wants to see real‑world impact from the code they write. You will join a diverse team dedicated to improving public services through technology, working on a variety of projects across multiple stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop new features, contributing to technical design and delivery.
• Pick up complex features, seek guidance when needed, and architect simple features in new contexts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers.
• Champion clean architecture, SOLID principles, and code quality.
• Participate in test‑driven development and agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Experience with test‑driven development and agile delivery.
• Comfortable working with a variety of programming languages and choosing the right tool for the job.
• Ability to work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Willingness to learn and work on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong drive to deliver outcomes for users and continuous self‑development.
