Sourcing & Procurement Consultant – Large‑Scale Transformation

About the role

Join a leading transformation company to advise a major enterprise on end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement redesign. You will work at the start of a large‑scale programme, shaping future operating models and delivering measurable commercial improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert on procurement strategy, sourcing and commercial optimisation.
• Engage senior stakeholders (CPO, CFO, CIO) to define and deliver transformation road‑maps.
• Lead or support full‑cycle consulting engagements from assessment through design and implementation.
• Conduct Source‑to‑Pay assessments, identify gaps and value‑creation opportunities.
• Design future‑ready procurement operating models, governance structures and performance metrics.
• Develop transformation road‑maps aligned with business strategy, digital initiatives and cost‑optimisation goals.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership assets and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Procure‑to‑Pay and Source‑to‑Pay process design.
• Hands‑on functional expertise with Oracle Procurement Suite, including solution architecture.
• Delivered two to three large‑scale sourcing and procurement transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience gathering functional and technical requirements and designing appropriate solutions.
