Strategic Product Solutions Specialist

About the role

This remote position supports a fast‑growing financial‑technology firm delivering modern financial‑planning solutions across the UK and EMEA. Working closely with Sales, Product and Client Success teams, you will become the trusted expert on the platform, helping advisers and clients understand its benefits and shaping future enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and support client presentations.
• Participate in discovery meetings to capture adviser and business requirements.
• Design tailored solutions and coordinate RFP/RFI responses with internal teams.
• Collect client feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Assist with testing, validation and rollout of new features.
• Monitor UK financial‑planning market trends, FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Development to drive continuous innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UK financial planning, wealth management or fintech.
• Background as a Senior Paraplanner, Financial Adviser or similar technical role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
