Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will work remotely to design realistic consulting scenarios that help train and evaluate next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic consulting dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data teams to ensure the scenarios are aligned with technical requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
