Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Vadella Group on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Working remotely, you will support the Group Talent Acquisition Manager in scaling hiring across five operating companies, handling high‑volume recruitment for operational and technical positions.
Key responsibilities
- Screen inbound applications, conduct initial candidate conversations and assess fit.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals, building talent pools for recurring needs.
- Manage the ATS (Employment Hero), ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant records.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and optimise job postings across relevant platforms.
- Provide clear updates to hiring managers and support the creation of job adverts and role briefs.
- Collaborate across operating companies to understand culture and hiring requirements, and support M&A‑related hiring activities.
Required profile
- Previous recruitment experience in an in‑house TA team or agency.
- Hands‑on experience recruiting operational and technical field‑based roles.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, self‑sufficient and proactive.
- Comfortable working remotely with a degree of autonomy.
